Personal User Information

Bub-Lee collects personal identification information from our Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, complete a request form, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey. Site users may be asked their first and last name, email address, and phone number. Site users can, however, visit our Site anonymously. All personal identification information is only collected from users who voluntarily submit such information. A Site user will always have the option to not provide their personal identification information. 

 

Non-Personal User Information

We may collect non-personal identification information about our Site users whenever they interact with our Site. Some non-personal identification information may be the name of the browser being used to view our site and computer type.

How we use collected user information

• Bub-Lee.com may collect user information for the following purposes: 

• To improve customer service through voluntary information provided to us by site users. This information helps us respond to customer service requests and support needs. ​

• To improve the experience of our users,  we may use voluntary feedback the user provides to improve our products and services.

• To process service payments. We may use the information a user provides to place an order only. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide our services.

• To run an email promotion, review requests or other site features. Users will only receive information they agreed to receive.

• We may send occasional emails to site users who've opted into our newsletter or mailing list. Emails will be used to update users about the status of their order, status of their form request, and other voluntary information requested by the user such as questions or concerns, updates, other product related services, etc. 

• Site users will always have the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list or newsletter (shown at the bottom of all of our mailers)

• We do not sell, trade, or rent site users personal information to third party users. 

 

The Users Acceptance of our terms

By using our site, the user is signifying their acceptance of our policies and terms of service. Any changes made to our policy will also be signified as acceptance of our terms and conditions if a user continues to use our site. Updates and changes made to our policies will be sent as alerts to site users signed up to our mailing list as well as posted on our website.
